My name is Ryan Lavalley. This is a log of my reflections and thoughts, usually only when I travel.

This blog originally began as a means to follow the process of exploration, creation, and execution of a project through the Edward B. Brueggeman Center for Dialogue at Xavier University, however it has since become a personal blog of reflections and thoughts.

I am an Occupational Therapist and doctoral student in Occupational Science at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill.
